Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Erzieher/in oder vergl. Qualifikation
  • oder eine pädagogische Ausbildung
  • Sehr hohe Fach- und Sozialkompetenz, sowie mehrjährige Berufserfahrung
  • Freude an der Arbeit mit Grundschulkindern

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Begleitung und Unterstützung von Kindern im Schulalltag an der Grundschule in Sorsum, mit viel Einfühlungsvermögen, Geduld und Teamfähigkeit
  • Förderung der Selbstständigkeit, Teilhabe und sozialen Integration
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Lehrkräften, Erziehungsberechtigten und weiteren Fachkräften
  • Individuelle Unterstützung entsprechend der Bedürfnisse des Kindes
  • Vergütung in Anlehnung an TVöD
