Description

We're looking for an analytical and detail-oriented Construction Estimator to join our team. You'll play a critical role in preparing accurate project estimates, reviewing plans and specifications, and collaborating with operations teams to help secure profitable projects. What You’ll Do

• •Review construction plans, specifications, and bid documents
• •Perform material takeoffs and quantity calculations
• •Prepare accurate cost estimates for labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractors
• •Solicit and evaluate vendor and subcontractor pricing
• •Assist in preparing competitive bid proposals and project budgets
• •Identify potential cost savings and value engineering opportunities
• •Collaborate with Project Managers, Superintendents, and Operations teams throughout the estimating process
• •Maintain estimating databases, pricing information, and historical project costs
• •Meet bid deadlines while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
• •Estimate work to include: concrete, masonry, framing, trim, insulation, drywall, siding, landscape and irrigation

What You Need

• •3+ years experience estimating residential or commercial construction projects
• •Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and construction documents
• •Strong mathematical, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• •Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with estimating software is preferred
• •Excellent organizational and time management skills
• •Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across departments
• •Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
