QA & Data – ETL Test Engineer

Experience: 4–8 Years

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced ETL Test Engineer with strong experience in data testing, ETL validation, and database testing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and execute ETL and data validation test cases .
  • Validate data extraction, transformation, and loading processes.
  • Perform data reconciliation and source-to-target validation.
  • Write and execute SQL queries for data validation.
  • Identify, analyze, and report data quality issues and defects.
  • Work closely with Data Engineers, Developers, and Business teams.
  • Participate in functional, regression, and integration testing.

Mandatory Skills

  • Strong experience in ETL/Data Testing .
  • Strong SQL skills.
  • Experience with ETL tools and data pipelines .
  • Good understanding of Data Warehouse concepts .
  • Experience in source-to-target mapping and data validation.
  • Good knowledge of defect tracking and QA processes.

Good to Have

  • Experience with Databricks .
  • Knowledge of PySpark/Python .
  • Experience with Azure/AWS/GCP .
  • Knowledge of Snowflake or other cloud data platforms .
  • Experience with automation testing.
