About the Role

Bybit EU is looking for a Head of Marketing EU to lead our marketing strategy and execution across European markets. This senior leadership role covers brand, growth, product marketing, customer acquisition, communications, content and channel strategy , with a strong focus on crypto trading, advanced trading products and derivatives.

Reporting directly to the EU Group CEO , you will work closely with Product, Country Managers, Compliance and global Marketing teams to drive sustainable user, trading and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Growth

Define and execute the European marketing strategy across brand, acquisition, activation, engagement and retention.

Develop market-specific strategies for priority European markets.

Own the European marketing budget, KPIs and investment allocation.

Drive measurable growth across users, trading activity, revenue and customer lifetime value.

Crypto, Derivates & Product Marketing

Lead go-to-market strategy for crypto trading and advanced products, including spot, futures, perpetuals, options and derivatives, subject to applicable regulatory approvals and product availability.

Develop clear propositions for retail, active trader, VIP and institutional audiences.

Translate complex trading products and market concepts into compelling customer communications.

Partner with Product and Commercial teams to bring customer and market insights into product development.

Channel, Content & Distribution

Own the European channel strategy across paid, owned and earned media, CRM, affiliates, KOLs, influencers, partnerships, community, PR, events, content and SEO.

Define the optimal channel and content mix by market, audience, product and campaign objective.

Lead content, editorial, educational and organic growth strategies.

Drive full-funnel acquisition from awareness through KYC, deposit, first trade, retention and reactivation.

Manage agencies and external partners and continuously test new channels and formats.

Brand, Communications & Community

Build and strengthen the Bybit brand across Europe while maintaining global brand consistency.

Lead European product positioning, messaging and integrated campaigns.

Own PR, media relations, thought leadership and reputation management in partnership with Corporate Communications.

Develop strong relationships with crypto communities, traders, affiliates, KOLs, media and ecosystem partners.

Lead Bybit’s presence at relevant crypto, fintech, trading and institutional events.

Data, Lifecycle & Marketing Operations

Lead lifecycle marketing across onboarding, activation, engagement, retention and reactivation.

Own marketing analytics, attribution, automation and MarTech capabilities.

Maintain strong customer and market insight through segmentation, competitor analysis and proposition testing.

Use data and experimentation to improve channel efficiency and campaign performance.

Leadership & Compliance

Build and lead a high-performing European marketing function.

Set clear objectives, KPIs and accountability across the function.

Partner closely with Legal and Compliance to ensure marketing activities meet applicable European regulatory requirements.

Ensure appropriate governance around financial promotions, customer targeting, product communications and risk disclosures.

What We’re Looking For

10+ years of relevant marketing experience , including significant leadership experience in crypto, digital assets, trading, brokerage, fintech or capital markets.

Proven experience leading multi-market marketing strategies and high-performing teams in fast-paced, international environments.

Strong understanding of crypto trading and derivatives, including futures, perpetuals and options.

Proven experience in growth, performance marketing, channel strategy and customer acquisition.

Strong experience in product marketing, content, SEO and lifecycle marketing.

Commercial and analytical mindset with experience across CAC, conversion, retention, trading volume and revenue metrics.

Experience working with affiliates, KOLs, communities, media and crypto-native channels.

Strong understanding of European markets and regulated financial services environments.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Fluent English; additional European languages are an advantage.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, Finance , Communications or a related field ; equivalent relevant professional experience will also be considered.
