## Examinierte Pflegefachkraft (m/w/d)

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Du übernimmst die individuelle Grund- und Behandlungspflege und gehst dabei auf die persönlichen Bedürfnisse deiner Patientinnen und Patienten ein
  • Du unterstützt bei der Alltagsbewältigung und schenkst Sicherheit, Struktur und Lebensqualität
  • Du stellst die fachgerechte Durchführung der ärztlich verordneten Behandlungspflege sicher
  • Du berätst Bewohnerinnen, Bewohner und Angehörige einfühlsam und kompetent
  • Du hast immer ein offenes Ohr für Sorgen, Wünsche und kleine wie große Anliegen

Dein Profil:

  • Du hast eine abgeschlossene dreijährige Ausbildung als examinierte Pflegefachkraft, Altenpflegerin, Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Erste Berufserfahrung ist wünschenswert, aber kein Muss. Auch motivierte Berufseinsteiger sind herzlich willkommen
  • Du arbeitest verantwortungsbewusst, empathisch und gerne im Team
