Job Title: Executive Assistant & Advisor to CEO

Location: Surat

Department: Management

Reports To: CEO & WTD

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly qualified and strategic individual with an IIM background specializing in Project Management/Business Management to work closely with the CEO, who oversees the overall management of our Renewable Energy projects. This role combines responsibilities of an Executive Assistant and a trusted Advisor, requiring a proactive approach to support the CEO in in-depth analysis, decision-making, strategic planning, and the execution of key initiatives across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Advisory Role:

1. Act as a key advisor to the CEO, providing strategic insights and recommendations on all aspects of renewable energy projects, including wind, solar, hybrid, BESS, Green Hydrogen/Ammonia, and other emerging technologies.

2. Assist in developing and refining the strategic direction of the organization, ensuring alignment with company goals and market opportunities.

3. Offer guidance on complex business decisions, risk management, and potential growth opportunities in the renewable energy sector.

Executive Assistance:

1. Carries out detailed and in-depth study of Business, Market, Projects and the Top Team Members;

2. Prepare crisp reports, presentations, SWOT Analysis, action plans and briefing materials for the CEO, ensuring clarity and accuracy.

2. Manage and optimize the CEO’s schedule, including organizing meetings, coordinating travel plans, and handling all forms of communication.

3. Serve as the primary point of contact between the CEO and various internal and external stakeholders, facilitating effective communication and collaboration.

Project Management:

1. Lead and manage specific projects assigned by the CEO, ensuring they are executed on time, within scope, and within budget with excellent quality ensuring HSE aspects and statutory compliances.

2. Coordinate with project teams across the organization to ensure that project goals are met and challenges are addressed in a timely manner.

3. Track and report on project progress, detecting intervention areas, providing actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.

4. Ensure cross-functional synchronization and alignment to achieve the ultimate objective.

Operational Support:

1. Support the CEO in managing the day-to-day operations of the renewable energy projects, focusing on operational efficiency and effectiveness.

2. Participate in high-level meetings, organize it meticulously, capture key discussions in a clear template, and ensure regular follow-up on action items and escalate in case of non-achieving of targets.

3. Assist in the strategic planning process, including budgeting, resource allocation, budget control, profitability and performance monitoring.

Continuous Improvement:

1. Identify and propose initiatives for operational excellence across the organization, working closely with the CEO to implement changes.

2. Keep abreast of industry trends, technological advancements, Policy and regulatory changes, advising the CEO on how to leverage these for the organization’s benefit and faster growth.

Qualifications:

Education: MBA from a premier institution (IIM or equivalent).

Experience:

5+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the renewable energy sector or a related industry.

Proven experience in providing strategic advice and operational support at the executive level.
