Proven ability to manage a demanding, constantly changing calendar with sound judgment and attention to detail

Strong experience coordinating complex travel logistics and itineraries

Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities simultaneously

High level of discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Calm under pressure and resourceful when navigating last-minute changes

Flexible and available to accommodate occasional off-hours requests related to travel or urgent business needs

Highly proactive with a strong sense of ownership and follow-through

Experience supporting a founder or executive at a high-growth startup

Experience planning company events or executive offsites

Familiarity with Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, and modern productivity tools
