Executive Liaison

Corporate Strategy, Corporate Development, and Treasury Teams

The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Executive Liaison to provide senior-level administrative and operational support across Corporate Strategy, Corporate Development, and Treasury within Corporate Finance. This role will support senior leaders and their teams through a balanced support model that enables effective executive engagement, disciplined planning, meeting readiness, and seamless coordination across all three functions.

This role requires strong attention to detail, sound judgment, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while flexibly supporting senior leadership engagements, business development activities, and cross-functional Corporate Finance meetings. Responsibilities include managing complex calendars for senior leaders, coordinating high-priority leadership meetings and forums, preparing executive-ready materials, supporting meeting readiness and follow-through, handling travel arrangements and expense reconciliation, and partnering across Corporate Finance to ensure leaders across Corporate Strategy, Corporate Development, and Treasury are organized, prepared, and aligned.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, collaborative, proactive, and comfortable operating in a role that supports senior-level decision-making, confidential information, disciplined execution, and consistent engagement across multiple leadership forums. This position is based in Boston or Springfield with a hybrid schedule.

The Team

Corporate Strategy, Corporate Development, and Treasury are key functions within Corporate Finance that help shape enterprise priorities, evaluate strategic opportunities, support business growth, and manage critical financial and liquidity-related activities. These teams partner closely with senior leaders and business areas across the enterprise to advance strategic initiatives, assess potential transactions and partnerships, support capital and treasury activities, and enable informed decision-making. The Executive Liaison will play an important role in supporting coordination, communication, and follow-through across these interconnected priorities.

The Impact

This role requires a proactive, self-directed approach to anticipating, prioritizing, and meeting the administrative and operational needs of Corporate Strategy, Corporate Development, and Treasury leaders through a balanced and responsive support model.

The Executive Liaison will operate in close partnership with senior leaders, internal stakeholders, and administrative partners to support leadership meetings, strategic planning discussions, business development activities, treasury routines, and recurring operating rhythms across all three functions. Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to the following:

  • Executive calendar and meeting management : own complex calendar strategy by proactively prioritizing and protecting dedicated focus time, coordinating scheduling across multiple time zones, and efficiently resolving conflicts for senior Corporate Finance leaders. Maintain a deep understanding of priorities across Corporate Strategy, Corporate Development, and Treasury to make informed scheduling decisions, including accepting/declining meetings and appropriately reprioritizing requests to support a balanced operating model.
  • Meeting readiness and follow-through : coordinate recurring operating rhythms, including staff meetings, leadership reviews, strategic planning sessions, Corporate Development updates, Treasury meetings, and executive decision-making forums. Support agenda planning, material preparation, action item capture, follow-up tracking, and closure in a way that appropriately balances the needs of each function.
  • Business operations support : assist with planning cycles, leadership engagement materials, strategic initiative updates, transaction-related coordination, Treasury routines, quarterly reviews, and other operating routines across Corporate Finance. Maintain team distribution lists, organizational materials, key documents, and process artifacts while ensuring support is allocated thoughtfully across Corporate Strategy, Corporate Development, and Treasury. Assistance with Office of Enterprise Resilience (OER) coordination and information and data security requirements
  • Travel and expense coordination : arrange domestic and international travel, manage detailed itineraries and changes, prepare and submit expense reports, and ensure compliance with company policies. Coordinate budget items, invoice processing, and vendor management as needed. Assistance with planning for campus and other talent recruitment events
  • Events and offsites : plan and execute executive meetings, leadership offsites, strategy sessions, business reviews, conferences, and team events, including virtual and in-person formats. Coordinate venue/logistics, vendor management, attendee communications, conference rooms, catering, meeting materials, and readiness support in partnership with executive support teams and/or the Event Planning Team.
  • Process improvement : identify opportunities to streamline administrative processes, meeting cadences, information sharing, and team routines. Leverage technology tools, including Microsoft 365, to improve efficiency, transparency, and follow-through.
  • Confidential information and stakeholder coordination : handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism, including materials related to strategic priorities, Corporate Development activities, Treasury matters, and senior leadership discussions. Partner effectively with internal stakeholders and administrative peers to support timely, accurate, and coordinated execution.

The Minimum Qualifications

  • High school diploma (or equivalent diploma)
  • 3+ years of related experience with executive administration, office manager, or administrative support role

The Ideal Qualifications

  • Associate’s degree
  • 5+ years of related experience with senior executive administration, office manager, or similar roles in the financial services industry
  • 2+ years of experience event planning, calendar management and meeting coordination
  • Proficient working knowledge of Power Point, Excel, Concur, and other technology required to support an organization
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively using verbal and written methods to all levels of an organization
  • High level of attention to detail and time management, with a strong understanding of the importance of being responsive and proactive in a deadline-driven environment
  • Collaborative approach, performs routine administrative support proactively and demonstrates openness to provide assistance as urgent situations or ad-hoc needs arise
  • Team Player/Relationship Building: Collaborative with strong interpersonal skills; able to relate to and build strong relationships with diverse internal and external audiences; leverages the ability to deliver effectively
  • Innovation: Continually looks within and beyond their job, anticipating business needs and opportunities
  • Expertise with communication tools, like Zoom and Teams
  • Experience supporting executive leadership routines, strategic planning discussions, confidential business activities, or senior stakeholder engagements across Corporate Finance or equivalent leadership forums
