Job Description – Executive Medical Affairs

Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Back Office Executive to support the Scientific Content Development team in research, data management, content coordination, documentation, and quality checking. The candidate will assist in collecting scientific information, organizing content inputs, maintaining records, and ensuring timely completion of assigned tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct online research and collect relevant medical, scientific, and healthcare information from reliable sources.
  • Assist the scientific content team in collecting and organizing content references and supporting materials.
  • Perform data entry, content formatting, proofreading, and quality checks.
  • Maintain content trackers, databases, and documentation.
  • Verify information and identify missing, incorrect, or inconsistent data.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for content-related requirements and follow-ups.
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, summaries, and other content-related documents.
  • Ensure proper filing and maintenance of research and content records.
  • Follow defined SOPs, quality standards, and TATs for all assigned activities.
  • Support the team in other operational and back-office activities as required.

Required Skills

  • Good online research and data-gathering skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Basic understanding of medical/scientific terminology is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Google Workspace.
  • Good organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Qualification & Experience

  • Graduate in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, Healthcare, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of relevant experience in back-office operations, research support, content development, or data management.
  • Freshers with strong research, documentation, and communication skills can also apply.

  • Research and information verification quality.
  • Compliance with SOPs and defined TATs.
  • Quality of documentation and reporting.
  • Overall productivity and task completion.
