Key Responsibilities

• •Be part of a team of skilled technicians in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance
• •Complete daily operations for timely repairs and a clean environment
• •Collaborate with maintenance and property managers, and contractors on projects

Requirements

What We're Looking For

• •Willingness to respond to after-hours emergency calls on a rotating basis
• •Strong customer service skills — comfortable working in occupied resident homes and handling requests professionally
• •Familiarity with computers/mobile apps, and/or work order software (e.g., Yardi, AppFolio, RealPage) is a plus
• •Must pass a background check

Physical Requirements

• •Lift/carry up to 50 lbs. regularly; occasionally 100 lbs. with assistance
• •Frequent standing, walking, bending, and ladder climbing
• •Comfort working in tight spaces and using hand tools
