Experienced Service Specialist

We are now looking for an Experienced Service Specialist to join our team in Ostrava, Czechia.

Main tasks of the role:

Manage several sourcing and logistics IT platforms in Source to Receive process area

Understand related technologies, able to solve and fix operational challenges

Responsible for the operational support, maintenance, and continuous improvement

Ensure stable application performance, high-quality user support, and effective collaboration with business stakeholders, service management and development teams

Primary point of contact for application-related issues, service requests, user administration, testing activities, and system enhancements while supporting sourcing and logistics business processes

Participate in the future IT platform strategy and roadmap within the process area

What do you need to have to be successful in this position:

Preferably university degree in technology, computer science, business analytics, sourcing or other similar

Practical experience in managing IT developments and platforms

Experience in Source to Pay suite implementations seen as advantage

Technical skills with MS Office tools including Azure data stack, building and managing integrations

Coding experience seen as advantage

Customer focused and interested in solving daily operational challenges, analytical thinking with attention to details

Proactive and motivated team player who has interest in continuous improvement

Willingness to learn and adapt to new IT technologies

Understanding of our business environment and changing needs of services

Project management skills

Fluent in spoken and written English with great communication skills
