Build and nurture Getting Attention’s owned communities to become a go-to resource for nonprofit marketing guidance.

Create a strong user engagement strategy

Client Education & Retention

Host regular Zoom sessions, workshops, and Q&As to help nonprofit staff, leadership, and boards of directors better understand the Google Ad Grant and how Getting Attention supports success.

Gather client feedback through community interactions and events, sharing insights with the internal team to improve service delivery.

Content & Social Media Management

Develop and execute a content calendar across social platforms, highlighting nonprofit marketing best practices, success stories, and thought leadership.

Repurpose webinars, blogs, and client case studies into engaging, shareable social content.

Analytics & Reporting

Track engagement metrics such as social reach, community growth, event attendance, and session feedback.

Provide regular reports with insights and actionable recommendations to leadership.

Cross-Team Collaboration

Partner with the marketing team to amplify campaigns through community-driven initiatives.

Design engagement activities that strengthen client relationships.

Requirements

Experience: 5–10 years of professional experience in community management, client engagement, or social media management, with proven ability to build and execute engagement strategies independently.

The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives in remote, global teams.

Strong collaborator – you’ll be part of a broader marketing team, so working together with others will be extremely important.
