We are seeking an experienced Experience Producer to join Meta’s Product Experiences team and help bring some of the company’s most innovative technologies to life through high impact events, product demonstrations and experiential activations. This role sits at the intersection of technology, culture, creativity and live experiences . You will work across product, marketing, creative, engineering and agency teams to develop and execute memorable experiences that showcase emerging technologies, including AI, VR and wearable products.

The team supports major industry and cultural moments including CES, GDC, Coachella, the Super Bowl, NBA All Star events and other global experiences, along with Meta events such as Connect, product launches, press events, partner activations and policy events.

This is an opportunity for someone who knows how to take a complex product experience from concept through execution while balancing creative vision, technical requirements, logistics, budgets and multiple stakeholders.

Qualifications:

5+ years of client facing experience in event management, experiential production or a creative agency environment

Demonstrated experience producing large scale, complex events and experiences

Strong program and project management capabilities with an operational mindset and exceptional organization

Experience with VR, AI, emerging technology or technology driven product experiences

Experience coordinating both in person and virtual events

Strong cross functional collaboration and stakeholder management experience

Experience working directly with senior and executive leadership

Experience managing agencies, vendors and production partners

Experience managing production budgets

Familiarity with standard project management tools and methodologies

Ability to assess event related data, metrics, trends and reporting

Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills

Strong judgment and the ability to provide timely, practical and proactive solutions

Preferred Experience:

Hands on experience with consumer technology or wearables

Experience with VR, AR, AI or immersive product demonstrations

Global event and experiential production experience

Experience working within a large, matrixed global technology organization

Experience supporting both B2B and B2C events

Experience producing experiences connected to sports, entertainment, fashion or luxury

Working knowledge of creative production processes and the ability to collaborate effectively with creative teams

Basic technical troubleshooting capabilities with devices and live product demonstrations

This team is responsible for more than producing events. It owns the product experience within the event , including how products are integrated, demonstrated and experienced by attendees.

You will have the opportunity to work at the forefront of emerging technology while supporting experiences that span major company initiatives, global industry events and some of the most recognizable moments across technology, sports, entertainment and culture.

The ideal candidate is equally comfortable managing the operational complexity of a major event, collaborating with creative and technical teams, working directly with stakeholders and solving problems onsite when the unexpected happens.

Location : Hybrid - Onsite 3 days per week (Burlingame, CA or New York, NY)

Role type: Contract 12 Month Position

Expected hours : 40 per week

Travel: Approximately 30 to 50%, primarily domestic with some international travel to EMEA and APAC
