Job Description

Le Technicien Expert Maintenance 4.0 sera intégré au Plateau Digital rattaché au Département Maintenance et Innovations Technologiques de l’usine Renault du Mans, reconnue comme le pôle spécialisé en châssis. Il a pour mission de définir, installer et fiabiliser les capteurs permettant la remontée des données process, en s’appuyant sur les standards du DOTM lorsqu’ils existent. Il contribue activement à la Maintenance 4.0, au monitoring, aux POC, et participe à l’animation de la Control Room. Il intervient également en dépannage usine et en modifications d’automatismes dans le cadre des projets du PE. Il encadre et accompagne des apprentis au sein du service, en assurant leur montée en compétence technique et leur intégration dans les projets du plateau digital.

Missions Principales :

  • Définition & installation des capteurs process (vibrations, température, pression, acoustique, vision…)
  • Vérification de la conformité aux standards DOTM ou contribution à leur enrichissement
  • Paramétrage, mise en service et validation des chaines de mesure
  • Monitoring des données via Grafana et autres outils digitaux
  • Participation active à la Maintenance 4.0 et à la mise en place de POC technologiques
  • Contribution à l’innovation technique (tests capteurs, nouvelles technologies, solutions IoT industriels)
  • Support de la Control Room et analyse des signaux remontés
  • Collaboration étroite avec les Data Analysts / Data Scientists pour les modèles prédictifs
  • Formation et support auprès des équipes maintenance sur les outils et capteurs
  • Encadrement, suivi, formation et évaluation des apprentis intégrés au service.

Formation

Bac+2/Bac+3 en automatisme, instrumentation, électrotechnique ou équivalent

Expérience confirmée en industrie, idéalement dans un environnement manufacturing ou maintenance avancée

Certifications ou formations complémentaires appréciées : vibration analysis, IoT industriel, réseaux industriels, cybersécurité …

Compétences nécessaires :

  • Connaissances solides en instrumentation, capteurs industriels et principes physiques
  • Compétences en automatisme (Siemens, Schneider…)
  • Maîtrise des réseaux industriels et protocoles (Modbus, OPC-UA, MQTT , Telegraf …)
  • Compétences en programmation (Nod-Red , Python , … )
  • Compétences en analyse de signal : FFT, filtrage, diagnostic vibratoire
  • Notions en IoT industriel et acquisition de données
  • Maîtrise des outils de monitoring tels que Grafana , Monéo… pour le monitoring
  • Lecture de plans électriques, schémas d’automatisme, architectures de contrôle

Savoir être

  • Curiosité technologique et veille active.
  • Rigueur, autonomie et sens du diagnostic.
  • Esprit d’équipe et communication claire avec les métiers.
  • Force de proposition dans les problématiques maintenance et digitalisation.
  • Orientation solutions et capacité à prioriser.
  • Pédagogie et accompagnement des équipes maintenance / encadrement d’apprentis.

Conditions de travail

Présence régulière sur les moyens process, interventions terrain fréquentes et tests capteurs. Déplacements possibles au Central/DOTM, fournisseurs ou autres usines.
