Deine Aufgaben:

  • Du sicherst die Qualität von Erstmustern und begleitest die erfolgreiche Industrialisierung zugekaufter Komponenten.
  • Du auditierst unsere Lieferanten regelmäßig vor Ort und überwachst deren Performance anhand von Kennzahlen (z. B. via SAP).
  • Du unterstützt die Entwicklungsabteilung (R&D) und das Projektmanagement aktiv bei der qualitätsseitigen Absicherung neuer Produkte (NPI).
  • Du erstellst , kommunizierst und pflegst die Qualitätsstandards für Zukaufteile und Fertigwaren.
  • Du definierst und begleitest nachhaltige Korrektur- und Präventivmaßnahmen bei Qualitätsabweichungen unserer Lieferanten.

Dein Profil:

  • Ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Maschinenbau, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Starke Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit auf allen Unternehmensebenen
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in Qualitätsmanagementsystemen (QMS) und ISO-Verfahren
  • Sicherer Umgang mit technischer Dokumentation und statistischen Analysen
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit SAP sowie gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse
  • Produktkenntnisse sind von Vorteil
