WHAT YOU'LL DO

Write up express service guests quickly and accurately -- capturing vehicle concerns, mileage, and service history and setting clear expectations for wait time and service scope

Communicate multi-point inspection results to guests clearly and honestly -- presenting additional service recommendations with transparency and without pressure

Manage a fast-moving write-up queue and keep guests proactively informed on status throughout their visit

Coordinate with express technicians to keep lane throughput moving efficiently and on schedule

Handle guest questions, concerns, and minor escalations with composure and a solution-first approach

Maintain accurate records in the DMS throughout every transaction

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Guest-facing service, hospitality, or retail experience preferred -- prior service advisor or Volvo brand experience a strong plus

Clear, calm communicator who stays organized and composed when the lane is busy

Genuine care for the guest experience -- Volvo owners are brand-loyal and values-driven and they remember advisors who treated them with real respect

Comfortable with DMS platforms or quick to learn them

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
