This is your opportunity to launch or grow your automotive career with a brand-new Honda dealership opening in January 2027. We are seeking motivated Express Technicians who want to be part of something exciting from day one. Join a team focused on customer service, professional development, and long-term career growth.

Schedule

Full-Time
Flexible shifts based on dealership hours
Rotating Saturdays

Compensation

$20.00 per hour plus bonus potential

Top performers have opportunities to earn additional income through performance-based incentives and advancement opportunities.

What You'll Do

Perform oil changes, tire rotations, and routine maintenance services
Complete multi-point vehicle inspections
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Follow Honda and dealership service procedures
Assist Main Shop Technicians as needed
Deliver exceptional quality and customer satisfaction

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

Strong work ethic and positive attitude
Dependable and punctual
Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Preferred

Automotive or mechanical experience
Technical school or dealership experience
Honda or import vehicle experience
Desire to build a long-term automotive career
