Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Du betreust und begleitest unsere Patientinnen und Patienten während der Nacht kompetent und einfühlsam.
  • Qualität ist in der Pflege das A und O. Du stellst sicher, dass die individuelle Pflegeplanung umgesetzt wird.
  • Du hast den Überblick. Verändert sich der Zustand eines Patienten, musst du das erkennen, entsprechend deiner Kompetenz reagieren können und das diplomierte Pflegepersonal informieren.
  • Du arbeitest selbstständig und verantwortungsbewusst und sorgst für einen ruhigen sowie reibungslosen Ablauf.

Ihr Profil:

  • Du hast einen Abschluss als Fachfrau_mann Gesundheit EFZ
  • Du hast bereits Berufserfahrung in der Akutpflege? Dann stehst du ganz oben auf unserer Liste.
