# Ihre Aufgaben umfassen:

  • IT-Systemadministration und Betreuung der gesamten Infrastruktur
  • Durchführung von Backup- und Recovery-Management (u. a. Veeam-Backups)
  • Administration und Optimierung von Microsoft-365-Umgebungen
  • Einführung und Rollout von Endpoint-Management-Lösungen
  • Gerätemanagement für Windows- und iOS-Endgeräte
  • Durchführung von Patch- und Update-Management
  • Erstellung und Umsetzung von Security- und Compliance-Richtlinien
  • Benutzer- und Berechtigungsverwaltung
  • IT-Projektmanagement (z. B. Tenant-Konsolidierung, Infrastrukturprojekte)
  • Rollout und Betreuung von Softwarelösungen
  • Erstellung von technischer Dokumentation
  • Beschaffungsprozesse für Hard- und Software
  • First- und Second-Level-Support für Mitarbeitende

# Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im IT-Bereich, z.B. als Fachinformatiker für Systemintegration, oder ein entsprechendes Studium.
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Installation und Administration von Windows-und Linux-basierten Systemen.
  • Erfahrung im Bereich Netzwerkadministration (LAN/WAN, WLAN, VPN, Firewalls).
  • Kenntnisse in der Virtualisierung (z.B. VMware) und Cloud-Technologien (z.B. Microsoft Azure) sind von Vorteil.
  • Gute Kenntnisse im Bereich IT-Sicherheit und Datenschutz.
  • Erfahrung mit Mobile-Device-Management- sowie EndPoint-Management Systemen wünschenswert
  • Analytische und lösungsorientierte Denkweise sowie eine selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise.
  • Teamfähigkeit, Kommunikationsstärke und die Bereitschaft, sich kontinuierlich weiterzubilden.
