Fachinformatiker für Systemintegration (m/w/d)

Was erwarten wir von dir?

  • Du hast eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Fachinformatiker Systemintegration
  • oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation und hast Spaß an deinem Job
  • Kenntnisse in Windows Betriebssystemen (Client/Server), Active Directory
  • Service und MS Hyper-V und idealerweise bereits Erfahrungen mit Office 365
  • Erfahrungen im Kunden-Support sind wünschenswert
  • Du bringst verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse mit
  • Eine selbstständige und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
  • einen gültigen Pkw-Führerschein

Deine Aufgaben:

  • 1st- und 2nd Level Support von Client-, Server-, Netzwerk- und IP- Telefonie
  • Beratung und Betreuung unserer Kunden bei der Anschaffung, Erweiterung und Wartung ihrer IT-Infrastruktur und Software
  • Installation und Dokumentation der IT-Systeme
  • Du kümmerst dich um das Servermonitoring und das Ticket System
