Deine Aufgaben

  • Planen und umsetzten von Kundenprojekten in den Bereichen; Server- und Desktopsysteme, IT-Infrastruktur und weitere Hard- & Software-Integrationen in der Unternehmens-IT.
  • Betreuung und Administration von Kundensystemen.
  • Austausch mit dem 1st Level Support.
  • 2nd Level Kundensupport am Telefon und beim Kunden vor Ort.
  • Führen und Erstellen von technischen Dokumentationen.

Dein Profil

  • Du hast eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung im IT-Bereich
  • Du hast einschlägige Berufserfahrung
  • Du besitzt Expertenkenntnisse in der Installation/Administration von Microsoft Server- und Desktop Produkten (u.a. SQL, Exchange)
  • Du hast Expertenkenntnisse im Bereich der Virtualisierungstechnik (HyperV/VMware)
  • Du besitzt solide Kenntnisse im Bereich Netzwerkinfrastruktur und Troubleshooting
  • Grundkenntnisse im Bereich Firewall (Sophos, OPNsense), Microsoft 365/Azure & Sicherungstechniken (Veeam) von Vorteil
  • Du bist Teamplayer, motiviert und selbstständig
  • Kommunikative Kompetenz ist für Dich kein Fremdwort
