  • Wartung und Pflege von Serversystemen
  • Betreuung der Client-Infrastruktur und Drucksysteme
  • Erbringung von Supportleistungen im 1. und 2. Level
  • Verwaltung von Nutzerkonten, Zugriffsrechten und Verzeichnisdiensten
  • Bereitstellung und Verwaltung der Arbeitsplatz-PCs, Laptops, Tablets, Telefone und Handys, inklusive Wartung
  • Ihr Profil:
  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung zum Fachinformatiker für Systemintegration oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Erste Berufserfahrungen im relevanten Aufgabengebiet
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit Ticketsystemen
  • Analytisches Denkvermögen und konzeptionelle Stärke
  • Ausgeprägte Dienstleistungs- und Beratungsorientierung
  • Ergebnisorientierung
