Als IT-Systemadministrator / IT-Servicetechniker (m/w/d) sind Sie Teil unseres technischen Teams und betreuen unsere Kunden bei allen Fragen rund um ihre IT-Infrastruktur. Sie installieren, konfigurieren und warten Server, Netzwerke, Arbeitsplätze und Peripheriegeräte. Darüber hinaus analysieren und beheben Sie Störungen per Fernwartung oder direkt vor Ort und unterstützen unsere Kunden bei der Einführung neuer IT-Lösungen.

Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehören außerdem die Betreuung von Microsoft-365-Umgebungen, die Administration von Windows-Servern und Client-Systemen, die Einrichtung von Netzwerkkomponenten sowie die Dokumentation Ihrer Tätigkeiten. Sie arbeiten eng mit unserem Service Desk zusammen und tragen dazu bei, unseren Kunden einen zuverlässigen und professionellen IT-Service zu bieten.

Wir wünschen uns eine serviceorientierte Persönlichkeit mit Freude am Umgang mit Menschen, einer selbstständigen Arbeitsweise und Interesse an modernen IT-Technologien. Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung im IT-Bereich oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation ist von Vorteil. Berufseinsteiger mit hoher Lernbereitschaft sind ebenfalls willkommen.
