  • Erfahrung in der industriellen Produktion
  • Vorteilhaft: Lebensmittel- oder Futtermittelindustrie
  • Führungserfahrung bzw. Teamleitung
  • Staplerschein
  • Kenntnisse in Lean Management, 5S, KVP und Prozessoptimierung
  • Idealerweise Ausbildung als Fleischhauer_in, Koch/Köchin oder Lebensmitteltechniker_in
  • Persönliche Anforderungen
