GL zählt zu den führenden Beratungs- und Planungsunternehmen auf dem Gebiet der Energie- und Gebäudetechnik. Zur Verstärkung unseres CAD-Teams suchen wir einen Fachingenieur ELT mit Schwerpunkt Gebäudetechnik (m/w)

## Ihre Aufgaben

  • Prüfung, Bewertung und Optimierung von technischen Planungen externer Fachplaner, insbesondere hinsichtlich Nutzeranforderungen und Energieeffizienz
  • Planung und Projektierung im Bereich von Heizungs-, Lüftungs- und Sanitärtechnik
  • Planung der Leistungsphasen 1 - 7 der HOAI
  • Übernahme von Grundleistungen in den Leistungsphasen 8 - 9 der HOAI
  • Abwicklung der Projekte im Budget- und Zeitplan

## Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium der Fachrichtung Versorgungstechnik, alternativ vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Hohe Qualifikation bei der Erstellung von Ausschreibungen sowie der Kostenplanung und -verfolgung
  • Fachlich fundierte Kenntnisse in fachbezogenen Regelwerken (HOAI, VOB, DIN-Normen)
  • Versierter Umgang mit MS-Office-Standardsoftware und Terminplanungsprogrammen (MS-Project)
  • Hohe soziale Kompetenz und Durchsetzungsvermögen
  • Sehr gute kommunikative Fähigkeiten sowie ein hohes Maß an Flexibilität und Belastbarkeit
  • Eigenverantwortliche, sorgfältige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Teamfähigkeit, Engagement und Flexibilität
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung, idealerweise im Wohnungsbau
