Wir suchen im Bereich TGA engagierte Fachplaner/Projektleiter ELT (m/w/d) zur Verstärkung unseres Teams. In dieser Position sind Sie verantwortlich für die Planung der Leistungsphasen 1 bis 8 der HOAI mit Schwerpunkt in den Leistungsphasen 1 bis 5.

Aufgaben

  • Planung der Elektrotechnik in Gebäuden mit DDScad in den Leistungsphasen 1 - 8 der HOAI mit Schwerpunkt Leistungsphasen 1-5
  • Teilnahme an Kunden- und Jour-Fixe-Terminen
  • Koordination und Abstimmung mit anderen beteiligten Gewerken, intern und extern

Qualifikationen

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium der Elektrotechnik oder abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung mit Berufserfahrung im handwerklichen und/oder technischen Bereich mit Schwerpunkt Elektrotechnik, gerne mit Weiterbildung zum Meister oder Techniker
  • Gute Kenntnisse von HOAI, VOB und den einschlägigen Normen wünschenswert
  • Sicherer Umgang mit den üblichen Microsoft Office- sowie AVA-Programmen
  • Freundliches und sicheres Auftreten sowie sehr gute Umgangsformen
  • Teamfähigkeit, Engagement und Vielseitigkeit in Bezug auf wechselnde Aufgaben
