Deine Aufgaben:

  • º Unterstützung des*der Shop Manager*in in allen Belangen
  • º Betreuung der in der Schicht anwesenden Mitarbeiter*innen bezüglich Teamwork, Atmosphäre und Leistung
  • º Einarbeitung von neuen Teammitgliedern ins operative Geschäft
  • º Diverse administrative Aufgaben
  • º Ordnungsgemäße Bedienung und Abrechnung der Kassen
  • º Optimale und freundliche Bedienung und Beratung der Kunden, Zubereitung und
  • Verkauf von qualitativ hochwertigen Donuts und Getränken
  • º Befolgung und Umsetzung der Sicherheits-, Ordnungs- und Sauberkeitsstandards

Dein Profil:

  • º Vorzugsweise Erfahrung als Barista
  • º der Tätigkeit entsprechende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
  • º Genaue, selbständige und verlässliche Arbeitsweise
  • º Selbstbewusste, produktive und dynamische Persönlichkeit
  • º Teamfähige sowie flexible Persönlichkeit
  • º Zuverlässigkeit, Belastbarkeit
  • º Bestreben, sich aktiv in den Arbeitsbereich einzubringen
