Aufgabengebiete:

  • Sicherstellung eines hohen Maßes an Kund_innenzufriedenheit durch exzellenten Vertriebsservice
  • Aufbereitung der Kleidung, sowie Sicherstellung von Sauberkeit und Ordnung im Store
  • Empfehlung und Präsentation von Artikeln, entsprechend den Kund_innenbedürfnissen
  • Proaktive Unterstützung des Verkaufsprozesses
  • Reklamationsabwicklung sowie Vorbereitung und Aufbau der Kollektionen
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Sales Manager_innen und Area Manager_innen

Qualifikationen:

  • Ehrgeizige, aufgeschlossene und kommunikationsstarke Persönlichkeit
  • Schnelle Auffassungsgabe und ein selbstständiger, genauer und zielorientierter Arbeitsstil
  • Professioneller Umgang mit Kund_innen
  • Interesse an Mode sowie aktuellen Fashiontrends
  • Teamplayer (m/w/x) in einem schnelllebigen, dynamischen Arbeitsumfeld
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse, Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil
