Facilities Coordinator / East - Expression of Interest Job Description Summary

Under the supervision of the Facilities Manager, the Assistant Facilities Manager supports the facilities organization at a specific location, set of buildings, or campus environment. The Assistant Facilities Manager is charged with supporting the day-to-day implementation of policies, procedures, programs and workplace services delivery that provides a well-managed and well-maintained building. Places an emphasis on a positive response to the concerns and needs of the tenants, environmental health and safety, and quality programs, in coordination with the client's goals and objectives. About the role

Coordinate daily facilities management activities across multiple client sites.

Attend to client requests and ensure timely follow-up and resolution.

Liaise with vendors and contractors for maintenance, repairs, and ad-hoc facilities services.

Obtain quotations and coordinate service works when required.

Monitor service schedules and follow up on work completion.

Support onboarding of new client accounts and operational setup.

Maintain records, reports, invoices, and operational documentation.

Track inventory of office and facilities-related supplies.

Assist in billing administration and vendor invoice processing.

Support site inspections and ensure service standards are met.

Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external service providers to ensure smooth operations.

Perform other administrative and operational duties as assigned.

About you.

Minimum Diploma in Facilities Management, Building Services, Business Administration, or related disciplines.

Entry-level candidates or candidates with up to 3 years of relevant experience are welcome to apply.
