About the Role:

• •Oversee the facilities management, operations, maintenance, repair, and minor improvement works across the Site assigned.
• •Manage and coordinate nominated contractors, subcontractors, and service providers appointed.
• •Lead and supervise a team of contractors to ensure that the Site is maintained so as to meet the service standard.
• •Oversee the security and fire safety of the Site.
• •Respond to emergencies and lead the team to attend to the situation.
• •Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, safety regulations, and industry best practices.
• •Coordinate, monitor, and report on facilities-related projects, maintenance activities, and operational performance.

About you:

• •Minimally Bachelor's Degree in Facilities Management, Engineering or any other relevant discipline.
• •Minimum 5 year of facilities management experience in facilities services
• •Must be Fire Safety Management Certified.
• •Strong knowledge of facilities management operations, building maintenance, and M&E systems.
• •Demonstrated ability to plan, execute, and oversee maintenance and facilities management works.
• •Experience in budgeting, cost control, and project management.
• •Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
