This role is responsible for supporting the smooth operation of workplace and facilities services through effective coordination of vendors, maintenance activities, work orders, and compliance requirements. The role ensures a safe, functional, and customer-focused environment by delivering responsive support and promoting high levels of client and occupant satisfaction. Job Description

About the Role:

  • Coordinate daily facility operations, maintenance, and work orders.
  • Manage vendors and contractors to ensure quality service delivery.
  • Provide facility support and respond to employee and client requests.
  • Support workplace health, safety, and compliance requirements.
  • Maintain records, reports, budgets, and workplace experience initiatives.

About You:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, Engineering, Property Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 1-3 years of experience in facilities management, property management, workplace services, or a similar environment.
  • Strong customer service, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experienced in managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of work order systems, building maintenance practices, workplace safety requirements, and problem-solving techniques.
