Description
Skilled and detail-oriented Facilities Maintenance Technician to oversee the maintenance and repair of our building systems and infrastructure across a multi-site clinic environment. This role combines hands-on technical work with administrative duties, including meticulous documentation of maintenance activities and reporting. The ideal candidate will ensure our facilities are safe, functional, and well-maintained, while also keeping accurate records to support compliance and operational efficiency. This position may require travel between clinic locations. Experience with HVAC systems is required, including the ability to perform preventative maintenance and basic troubleshooting.
Requirements
Duties/Responsibilities:
Maintenance and Repairs
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems across multiple clinic locations.
- Diagnose issues and execute timely repairs to minimize downtime.
- Perform preventative maintenance and minor repairs on HVAC systems; coordinate with licensed vendors for complex HVAC work.
- Ensure proper handling of refrigerants in accordance with EPA 608 guidelines.
- Coordinate with external vendors for specialized repairs and services.
- Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety regulations and company policies.
Administrative and Documentation
- Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, including work orders, repairs, and inspections.
- Document and report facility issues, ensuring timely communication with management.
- Manage inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment, ordering replacements as needed.
- Develop and update maintenance logs, checklists, and schedules to support preventive maintenance programs.
- Assist in preparing reports for regulatory compliance and internal audits.
Facility Operations Support
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies across clinic sites, providing solutions to ensure minimal disruption.
- Travel between facilities as needed to support operational and maintenance needs.
- Collaborate with other departments to address facility-related needs and improvements.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Proven experience in facility maintenance or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of building systems and maintenance procedures.
- Working knowledge of HVAC systems and preventative maintenance practices.
- EPA 608 certification preferred
- Ability to work across multiple sites and manage priorities effectively.
- Proficiency in using maintenance management software and tools.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in HVAC, electrical, or related field preferred.
- EPA 608 Certification preferred.
- Experience with HVAC systems and general facility maintenance preferred.
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

- You are responsible for protecting the credentials provided to you to access Company (and customer, where applicable) networks, systems, and data.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of all Ally and customer data to which you are granted access. Any suspected compromises of Ally proprietary data or customer data must be reported to Management immediately.
- You will adhere to the Company’s Information Security Policy and Procedures and support standard operating procedures to protect Company systems and data.
- You will alert management immediately with any expected system or data compromises and/or system failure impacting the security, confidentiality, availability, and integrity of Ally Medical and customer data.
- You will be required to attend an annual Information Security Awareness Training.
