About the role:

The Facility Manager is a key leadership position responsible for all aspects of operational, clinical and team performance at our 63-bed facility at Kokoda House, Narrabeen, NSW. More specifically, responsibilities include:

• •Leading a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, person-centred care
• •Managing compliance, accreditation, and resident safety
• •Driving financial and workforce performance aligned with Aged Care Standards
• •Building a positive, engaged culture across the home
• •Fostering continuous improvement and service excellence

About you:

• •A minimum of 3 years' Facility Management experience within the aged care sector.
• •Strong clinical leadership experience, along with a high level of business acumen.
• •A solid understanding of Aged Care Quality Standards, funding, and accreditation
• •A genuine passion for resident wellbeing, quality improvement, and people development
