WhitbeckBeglis, PLLC, a dynamic and client-focused law firm, is seeking a dedicated Family Law Attorney to join our team in Virginia Beach, Va. Responsibilities:

  • Represent clients in a wide range of family law matters, including divorce, child custody, support disputes, property division, mental health, and education law.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents and agreements with precision and care.
  • Provide compassionate and pragmatic legal advice to clients, helping them navigate complex and emotionally challenging situations.
  • Collaborate with our team of attorneys and support staff to ensure a cohesive and comprehensive approach to client service.

Qualifications:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Licensed to practice law in the state of Virginia, with a good standing in the state bar.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle a diverse caseload and deliver successful outcomes.
  • Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Empathy and professionalism in dealing with clients facing difficult personal circumstances.
