  • Als Fertigungsleiter Elektronik & Tablets (m/w/d) übernehmen Sie bei unserem Kunden in Dresden eine Schlüsselrolle mit direktem Draht zur Geschäftsführung. Sie gestalten Fertigungsprozesse neu, entwickeln das Qualitätsmanagement weiter und arbeiten gleichzeitig selbst im Tagesgeschäft mit.
  • Die DIS AG begleitet Sie im Rahmen der Direktvermittlung auf Ihrem Weg zum Fertigungsleiter Elektronik & Tablets (m/w/d) in Dresden .
  • Die vorliegende Stelle ist im Rahmen der Direktvermittlung / im Rahmen der Personalvermittlung zu besetzen.

Fertigungsleiter Elektronik & Tablets (m/w/d)

  • Ihre Aufgaben:
  • Bauen Sie als Fertigungsleiter Elektronik & Tablets (m/w/d) die Fertigung in Dresden strukturiert neu auf und optimieren Sie bestehende Abläufe
  • Führen Sie das kleine Fertigungsteam und packen bei Assemblierung, Konfiguration und Endmontage aktiv mit an
  • Entwicklen Sie das Qualitätsmanagement weiter und etablieren Prozesse auf hohem Qualitätsniveau
  • Spielen Sie die firmeneigene Android-Software auf und konfiguriere kundenspezifische Systeme
  • Steuern Sie Qualitäts- und Materialkontrollen und arbeiten eng mit Entwicklung, Einkauf und Projektmanagement zusammen
  • Ihre Qualifikationen:
  • Technische Ausbildung in Elektronik, IT-Systemelektronik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung als Fertigungsleiter, Produktionsleiter oder in einer vergleichbaren verantwortlichen Position
  • Erfahrung in Produktionsoptimierung, Qualitätssicherung und Mitarbeiterführung
  • Hohe IT-Affinität sowie gutes Verständnis für Hardware und Software
  • Strukturierte Arbeitsweise, Eigeninitiative und ausgeprägte Hands-on-Mentalität
  • Attraktive Vergütung bis zu 80.000 € Jahresbruttogehalt
