Diesen Aufgaben widmest Du Dich bei uns:

  • Steuerung, Optimierung und Weiterentwicklung sämtlicher Produktionsabläufe im Werk unter LEAN Aspekten
  • Disziplinarische und fachliche Führung der Produktionsmitarbeiter und Schichtleiter
  • Mitarbeiterentwicklung im LEAN-Bereich
  • Konsequente Implementierung und Weiterentwicklung von LEAN-Methoden und Umsetzung von LEAN-Projekten
  • Aufbau, Überwachung und Optimierung transparenter Kennzahlen
  • Prozess- und Qualitätsoptimierung
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Arbeitsvorbereitung und Qualitätsmanagement

### Das bringst Du idealerweise mit:

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung in einem handwerklichen oder industriellem Beruf mit Weiterbildung zum Meister oder Techniker, alternativ auch Studium in einem vergleichbaren Bereich
  • Berufserfahrung im industriellen Fertigungsumfeld
  • Technisches Verständnis
  • Führungserfahrung
  • Fundierte Erfahrung im Bereich LEAN-Management
  • Erfahrung mit ERP-Systemen
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse
