Field Operations Associate - Weekend Shift - $23.90/hr

Work Flexibility: Onsite

Schedule: Saturday - Wednesday, 8:00am- 4:30pm

Potential for overtime and mandatory on-call rotation

What you will do-

• •While representing Stryker you will be responsible for the distribution of products/services for our representatives and customers
• •Prepare, ship, and receive products; ensure timely delivery of sets and pick up/return loaner sets; field customer questions and direct to appropriate branch personnel
• •Check inventory records to determine availability of requested products.
• •Clean and maintain supplies, tools, equipment, and storage areas to ensure compliance with safety regulations
• •Responsible for kit inspections and process orders for products
• •Work with internal resources for alternative product sourcing (e.g. loaner bank, other warehouses, consignments)
• •Maintain account records, signing, reporting, and filing/scanning documents. Cycle count activities
• •Set up and organize the warehouse for incoming and outgoing surgery equipment
• •Confer with distribution, sales, shipping, warehouse, or common carrier personnel to expedite or trace deliveries
• •Coordinate drivers and routes for shipments
• •Keep records on the use and/or damage of stock or stock handling equipment, inventory for expiration dates, etc.
• •Inform customers of receipt, shipping, and delays; handling urgent requests and ensuring shipments are complete for delivery and processing returns
• •Responsible for accurate inventory tracking and record keeping, warehouse inventory cycle counting and optimizing inventory utilization
• •Cross-training with other positions within distribution to fulfill on-call rotation needs

What you need-

Required Qualifications:

• •2+ years of experience
• •Valid Driver’s license with good driving record
• •Ability to lift, push, pull and carry up to 50 lbs
• •High School diploma or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications:

• •Associates degree
• •Experience in a hospital, medical device, healthcare, or sterile processing environment.
• •Familiarity with medical terminology, implants, surgical instruments, or healthcare operations.
• •Experience with inventory management, logistics, or supply chain operations.
• •Experience supporting on-call, after-hours, or customer-facing operations.

$23.90 per hour plus bonus eligible + benefits.
