• This role is responsible for helping healthcare providers and their teams navigate complex reimbursement and coverage challenges so patients can access prescribed therapies appropriately.
• You will serve as a regional subject matter expert on payer policies, reimbursement pathways, coding, and patient support resources.
• The position combines field-based customer engagement with strategic insight, education, and cross-functional collaboration.
• You will work closely with healthcare professionals, office staff, patient support teams, and internal stakeholders across a defined territory.
• Your expertise will help identify and address access barriers while translating local market developments into actionable insights.
• The role requires strong communication, sound judgment, confidentiality, and strict adherence to compliance standards.
• Approximately 50% of your time will involve live customer interactions, with the remainder focused on planning, follow-up, and stakeholder collaboration.
