### Das bringst du mit

  • idealerweise abgeschlossene Fortbildung als Augenoptikermeister
  • erste Filialleitungserfahrung in der Augenoptik
  • Spaß und Freude bei der Arbeit
  • Kenntnisse der gängigen KPI\`s
  • Offenheit für aktuelle Trends

  • eigenverantwortliche und erfolgsorientierte Betreuung deiner Filiale
  • erste/r Ansprechpartner/in für deine Mitarbeitenden
  • Mitarbeiter- und Filialentwicklung
  • Sicherstellen eines reibungslosen Ablaufs in deiner Filiale
  • Umsetzen von individuellen Maßnahmen gemäß der Unternehmensziele
