Performance management and insight: Assist in interpreting monthly financial results and preparing commentary for the Finance Leader / Finance Manager.

Working capital management: Drive billing discipline and cash collection performance, helping to improve working capital and reduce Investment in Client (IIC) risk.

This role is for you if:

Professional qualification: Strong focus on continuous improvement, preferably you are pursuing, or interested in pursuing a relevant finance qualification such as CIMA or ACCA

Technical finance knowledge: Sound understanding of the principles of IFRS 15;

Analytical capability: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the confidence to interpret data, identify risks and challenge senior stakeholders where needed.

Technology and MI: Basic to intermediate Excel; an interest in leveraging AI and technology-driven tools to improve analysis and reporting is desirable.

Stakeholder management: Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work effectively across a wide range of stakeholders.

Adaptability: A curious mindset, able to learn quickly, manage competing priorities and operate effectively in a fast-paced environment, ideally within a professional services firm.

What you’ll receive from us:
