The Role

You'll be our first finance hire, establishing the entire finance organization. Right now

we're using an outsourced bookkeeper - you'll eventually transition us to a proper in-

house finance function that can support our growth trajectory from seed to Series A and

beyond.

This means being hands-on with the books today while building the strategic finance

infrastructure for tomorrow. You'll close the month-end one week, build commission

models for new hires the next, and prep investor materials the week after.

What You'll Do

Own all accounting: PnL, BS, AP/AR, payroll, taxes, revenue ops, month-end

close

Lead annual planning, budgeting, and strategic financial analysis

Manage cap table, equity compensation, and investor reporting

Support our Series A fundraising process

Build financial models and forecasts as we expand into new healthcare verticals

Eventually hire and build your team as we scale

What We Need

Must-haves:

5-8 years finance experience with at least 2-3 years in US SaaS companies

Built a finance function at a startup (you've done the 0→1 journey)• Hands-on accounting skills but strategic mindset - can close books and build

Board decks

Strong financial modelling for SaaS metrics (ARR, churn, CAC, LTV)

US GAAP and SaaS revenue recognition experience required

Comfortable with ambiguity and wearing multiple hats

Nice-to-haves:

Healthcare or health tech experience

Fundraising support (seed through Series B)

Experience with Carta, QuickBooks/NetSuite, Rippling/Gusto

You'll report directly to the founders. Competitive salary + meaningful early-stage
