Key Responsibilities:

• •Manage all aspects of the finance and insurance process, ensuring smooth and compliant transactions.
• •Maximize profitability by offering customers financial products that meet their needs.
• •Collaborate with the sales team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• •Maintain up-to-date knowledge of lender programs, rates, and dealership processes.
• •Ensure all deals comply with state and federal regulations.
• •Other duties as assigned.

• •Lucrative Compensation: $96,000 - $196,000 per year depending on performance, with bonus opportunities.

Requirements:

• •Minimum of 2 years of automotive dealership finance experience highly preferred.
• •Proven ability to drive profitability and deliver exceptional customer service.
• •Strong knowledge of dealership finance processes and compliance regulations.
• •Ability to work on-site in Scottsdale, AZ.
