Job Description:

About the Role:

We are seeking a Finance Manager to join our Finance Center of Excellence team based in Oak Brook, IL. The Finance Manager leads pricing activities, financial planning, forecasting, analysis, and reporting activities supporting the business. This role serves as a trusted Finance Business Partner, providing actionable financial insights to support profitability, cost savings initiatives, strategic decision-making, and continuous improvement of financial processes and controls.

You’ll add value to this role by performing various functions including, but not limited to:

  • Lead and develop a team of Senior Financial Analysts responsible for executing pricing actions with accuracy, consistency, and timeliness.
  • Partner with Commercial Finance and Growth Unit leadership to support strategic pricing decisions and business performance objectives.
  • Own P&L analysis and strategic pricing scenarios, translating results into clear recommendations for key stakeholders.
  • Ensure consistent understanding and application of pricing calculations, assumptions, methodologies, and financial impacts across teams.
  • Evaluate new business opportunities and provide financial insights to inform pricing strategy, profitability, and decision-making.
  • Lead and support finance-wide initiatives and special projects that align with business priorities and drive operational effectiveness.
  • Provide training and guidance on financial concepts, pricing tools, systems, and processes to Finance and cross-functional partners.
  • Drive continuous improvement of pricing processes, financial controls, and policies to enhance efficiency, transparency, and governance.

Important Details:

  • This is a full-time, first-shift hybrid position located at our Oak Brook, IL office.
  • The anticipated compensation for this position ranges from $99,200.00 - 148,800.00 USD annually. This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. An employee’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, specific competencies, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics and business or organizational needs. For certain roles, the successful candidate may be eligible for annual discretionary merit compensation award, bonus and equity pay.

You’ll fit right in if you have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting is required.
  • MBA or CPA is preferred.
  • Minimum of 6-8 years of progressive experience in financial analysis, forecasting, and data management is required, preferably within CPG or related finance and accounting roles.
  • Strong knowledge of P&L management, financial systems, and accounting principles is required.
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships and collaborate across functions and organizational levels is required.
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills are required.
  • Experience leading projects and process improvement initiatives is required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required.
  • ERP experience is preferred.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills are required.
