Finance Manager (m/w/d)

Kernaufgaben & Verantwortlichkeiten

  • Finanzplanung, Budgetierung und Forecast (monatlich, quarterly, jährlich)
  • Controlling und Kostenanalysen
  • Finanzbuchhaltung und Reporting (externe & interne)
  • Steuern und Compliance
  • Cashflow Management und Liquiditätsplanung
  • Investitionscontrolling und ROI-Analysen
  • Finanzielle Geschäftsführungsunterstützung
  • Aufbau von robusten Finanzprozessen und Systemen
  • Stakeholder Management, Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Brand Finance

Erforderliche Fachkompetenzen

  • Bilanzbuchhaltung und Finanzbuchhaltung Expertise
  • Controlling & Kostenrechnung
  • Finanzplanungsprozesse und Budgetierung
  • Kenntnisse in Steuern (Körperschaftsteuer, Umsatzsteuer, etc.)
  • ERP-Systeme
  • Excel und Business Intelligence Tools
  • Verständnis für Produktkosten und Gewinnmargen
  • Fließend Deutsch, Englisch von Vorteil

KPI & Erfolgskriterien (Jahr 1)

  • ✓ Robuste monatliche/quarterly Budgets und Forecasts etabliert
  • ✓ Monthly Management Reporting (Key Metrics, Abweichungsanalysen)
  • ✓ Kostenoptimierung: Reduktion der Cost-of-Goods-Sold um mind. 5-10%
  • ✓ Finanzielle Spielräume und Risikobudgets definiert
  • ✓ Prozessautomation in der Finanzbuchhaltung (Invoicing, Reconciliation)

Nice-to-Have Qualifikationen

  • ○ Erfahrung mit Startup/Scale-up Finanzen
  • ○ Food Industrie-Erfahrung
  • ○ Dynamisch und Bock auf den Aufbau
