Die Arbeitszeiten wären von Montag bis Donnerstag bei einer Wochenarbeitszeit von etwa 25 bis 30 Stunden.

Der Arbeitsbeginn beziehungsweise die Arbeitszeiten können flexibel zwischen 7:00 Uhr und 17:00 Uhr eingeteilt werden.

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Bearbeitung der laufenden Kreditoren- und Debitorenbuchhaltung
  • Prüfung, Kontierung und Buchung von Eingangs- und Ausgangsrechnungen
  • Überwachung offener Posten und Durchführung des Mahnwesens
  • Abstimmung von Konten sowie Klärung von Differenzen
  • Abwicklung des Zahlungsverkehrs
  • Unterstützung bei Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen
  • Pflege von Stammdaten und Zusammenarbeit mit internen Fachabteilungen

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung im Bereich Finanzen, Rechnungswesen oder Betriebswirtschaft , z. B. als Steuerfachangestellte/r oder vergleichbar
  • Berufserfahrung in der Kreditoren- und/oder Debitorenbuchhaltung wünschenswert
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, insbesondere Excel
  • Erfahrung mit Buchhaltungs- oder ERP-Systemen wünschenswert
  • Strukturierte, sorgfältige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • Teamfähigkeit und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
