Aufgabengebiet

  • Ordnungsgemäße Verbuchung von Geschäftsvorfällen sowie Pflege von Konten und Kostenstellen in SAP
  • -Bearbeitung und Abstimmung der Kreditorenbuchhaltung
  • -Durchführung von Tätigkeiten in der Anlagebuchhaltung
  • -Abwicklung und Überwachung der Bankbuchhaltung
  • -Bearbeitung von Intercompany-Sachverhalten und Abstimmungen
  • -Unterstützung in der Finanzbuchhaltung sowie Sicherstellung einer ordnungsgemäßen Buchführung
  • -Unterstützung bei der Erstellung sowie Durchführung der Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüsse nach geltenden Rechnungslegungsvorschriften

Anforderungsprofil

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung sowie erste Berufserfahrung im Bereich Buchhaltung
  • -Sicherer Umgang mit SAP FI und den gängigen MS-Office-Anwendungen
  • -Gute Englischkenntnisse; Französischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil
  • -Analytisches Denkvermögen sowie eine strukturierte und gewissenhafte Arbeitsweise
  • -Hohe Zuverlässigkeit und ein ausgeprägtes Qualitätsbewusstsein in der täglichen Arbeit
