### IHRE AUFGABEN:

  • Annahme von IT Anfragen per Telefon, E-Mail und Chat
  • Unterstützung der Anwender bei der Lösung der Anfrage per Telefon und Remote
  • Nutzung und Erweiterung der Wissensdatenbank sowie Austausch mit Kollegen
  • Weiterleitung nicht-gelöster Anfragen an den 2nd Level Support
  • Dokumentation der durchgeführten Tätigen im System

### IHR PROFIL:

  • Idealerweise Ausbildung im IT-Bereich (z.B. als Fachinformatiker Systemintegration (m/w/d), IT-Systemkaufmann (m/w/d) etc.)
  • Quereinsteiger (m/w/d) mit IT-Affinität sind willkommen
  • Erfahrung bei den beschriebenen Aufgaben von Vorteil
  • Gute Kenntnisse in den gängigen Windows Anwendungen und Systemen
  • Selbstständiges und engagiertes Arbeiten
  • Freude am Telefonieren und im Umgang mit dem Anwender
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse von Vorteil
  • Kein Führerschein notwendig
  • Weiterer Vorteil: Kein schweres Heben von PCs
