  • DEINE AUFGABEN:
  • Be- und Verarbeitung von Fleisch sowie Veredelung
  • Bereitstellung des gesamten Rohmaterials für die Fleischverarbeitung
  • Verwiegung und Verbuchung des Rohmaterials
  • Visuelle Prüfungen des Rohmaterials sowie von verarbeiteten Produkten
  • Einhaltung von Qualitäts-, Sicherheits- und Hygienerichtlinien
  • Richtige Handhabung der Produktionsanlagen, Werkzeuge und Überwachung der Funktionstüchtigkeit
  • DEIN PROFIL:
  • Abgeschlossene Lehrausbildung als Fleischer_in
  • Berufserfahrung wünschenswert
  • adäquate Deutschkenntnisse (von Vorteil)
  • EDV-Grundkenntnisse (von Vorteil)
  • Genaue Arbeitsweise, Belastbarkeit, Flexibilität
  • Eigenverantwortliches Arbeiten
  • Verständnis für Produktionsabläufe
