Wir suchen zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt zwei Fleischer (m/w/d) für den Bereich Wurstzubereitung oder den Bereich Schlachtung/Zerlegung

Ihr Profil:

  • abgeschlossene Ausbildung
  • Einsatzbereitschaft, Belastbarkeit und Flexibilität
  • Freude an selbständigem Arbeiten
  • Umfassende Kenntnisse in der Fleischzerlegung, Fleischvorbereitung und/oder Schlachtung

Ihr möglicher Aufgabenbereich je nach Qualifikation:

  • Herstellung von Roh und Kochpökelwaren
  • Einsatz im Bereich Fleischfeinkost - Zerlegen und Zuschnitt
  • Bedienung von Rauch- und Kochanlagen
  • Einsatz im Füllbereich
