1960 als Peter Müller GmbH gegründet, entstand am Standort Gerolstein 2021 die EIFEL- Fleisch GmbH, die heute Teil der wachsenden SIMON- Fleisch Gruppe ist. Am Standort Gerolstein schlachten und zerlegen wir überwiegend Rinder. Die SIMON- Fleisch GmbH hat fast 900 Angestellte, von denen etwa 60 in Gerolstein arbeiten.

Zur Stärkung des weiteren Wachstums suchen wir

eine/n (weiteren) Fleischermeister/in (m/w/d)

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Personalplanung & Dokumentation
  • Tierschutz
  • Mitarbeit in und Überwachung von Schlachtung, Zerlegung und Verladung/ Versand

Ihr Profil:

  • abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fleischermeister/in (m/w/d)
  • gerne auch versierte Fleischer/in (m/w/d) mit längerer Berufserfahrung
  • gerne Vorerfahrung in der Fleischverarbeitung und eventuell Industrie (keine Bedingung!)
  • Sachkundenachweise z.B. im Tierschutz (keine Bedingung!)
